Pet Hair / Heavily Soiled items Handling Fee: $10
Special instruction fee (Ex: "hang to dry" "2 separate loads, 1 with bleach, marked on bag"): per lb price + $1 per hangar / $2 per extra load
Terms of Service
No Item Inventory - Customer is responsible for verifying contents before dropoff, no itemized inventory is performed. Sky Plaza Laundromat and its staff is not responsible for any missing items not documented at drop off.
Check Pockets for Valuables/Loose Items - Customers must remove all items from pockets before drop-off, including but not limited to: money, pens, cosmetics, electronics etc. Sky Plaza Laundromat and its staff is not responsible for damage to clothing by items left in pockets, or for damage to the items themselves.
Normal Wash/Tumble Dry Wear - Commercial laundering may cause normal wear, fading, shrinkage, or stress to fabrics, seams, zippers, buttons, hoodie strings/aglets, bra underwire/hooks etc. Customers acknowledge that older, delicate, or predamaged items may be more susceptible to damage during standard washing and drying processes.
Stain Removal Not Guaranteed - Customer clothing will be washed, dried, and folded on site using appropriate cycle selection on commercial laundry equipment and high efficiency laundry detergent (unless otherwise requested.) Some stains may remain after processing or may become more noticible after laundering
Delicate/Special Care Items - Customers must clearly identify delicate, air-dry, hang-dry, or special-care items before processing. Additional charges will apply for special handling requests. Sky Plaza Laundromat and its staff is not responsible for damage to items requiring special care that were not identified at drop-off.
Heavily Soiled/Hazardous Items - Sky Plaza Laundromat and its staff has the right to refuse service for laundry containing hazardous materials, excessive, pet hair, bodily fluids, mold, pests, or unsafe contaminants. Additional cleaning or handling fees may apply to heavily soiled items.
Payment Policy - Wash, Dry, Fold orders are processed after payment is received. Orders may be delayed until payment is completed in full.
Pickup/Abandoned Orders - Customers are expected to pick up completed orders promptly. Orders left in lockers after 48 hours will be removed from the locker and may be subject to storage fees. Orders remaining unclaimed after 5 days may be donated or disposed of.
Limited Liability - Sky Plaza Laundromat and its staff's liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the cost of the Wash, Dry, Fold service provided. We are not responsible for consequential, sentimental, or replacement value damages beyond the service amount paid.
Right to Refuse Service - Sky Plaza Laundromat and its staff reserves the right to refuse service for any order at our discretion, including but not limited to: unsafe, unsanitary, ORDERS OR CUSTOMERS who create unsafe or uncomfortable conditions for staff or other patrons. ANY abusive, threatening, inappropriate or disruptive behavior will result in denied service, removal/trespass from the premesis, and possible criminal charges.
Turnaround Times - Typical turnaround time for wash, dry, fold service is approximately 24-48 hours after payment is received. Completion times may vary during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Communication Consent - By submitting an order, customers consent to receiving phone calls, texts, or emails regarding order updates, payment requests, and pickup notifications.
